Wonderful find! A great variety of teas, kettles, etc. The owner was very friendly and helpful. And I got a great deal on an all metal electric kettle!

Yes I know there is another tea shop literally across the street, but don't get it twisted, this is THE tea shop in Haddonfield. Crazy selection occupying most of the store, with a decent coffee section in the very back. Very friendly owner, Nadine.

Incredible tea and coffee shop! Wandered in this evening and was instantly overwhelmed (in a good way!) with the selection of tea. Everything was super well organized and I love that you can smell all the teas to really understand what you are buying. We didn't even make our way back to the coffee because I was too busy smelling all the tea samples! The person working (the owner, I believe) was super kind and knowledgeable and she helped direct us to different teas in the shop. If you are anywhere in the vicinity of Haddonfield, definitely check it out (or head to their website if you're not nearby). We can wait to go back!

Was here yesterday with my husband and had SUCH a good experience. This place has been on my list of spots to check out for a long time and I'm upset I didn't come sooner! We are in the philly burbs, so it took us about 40 minutes to get here, but I am so glad we came! It exceeded my every expectation. They had an amazing and HUGE variety of teas, with little tester jars so you can smell the tea for almost every tea - I bought some teas I normally wouldn't have tried because they smelled so heavenly! Also the prices were so reasonable, especially for the quality - when I checked the prices on a lot of the tea I expected each one to be at least $3-5 more than what it was (in 2025 usually everything is $5 more than I think it's going to be, so that's especially amazing!). We bought an airscape coffee canister along with the tea and coffee that we bought, and it was around $10 cheaper than the price on amazon (shop small ya'll)!! All of this is more than enough for me to rate 5 stars, but on top of that we chatted with the owner and she was so delightful, knowledgeable, helpful, and so sweet! I can't wait to come back to restock my purchases, try something new, and get some gifts!! <3

I don't like being the first negative review but I contacted the store and felt their response lacked all but blame. I made specific plans to go to the store during their regular advertised hours. I live 50 miles away so I double-checked before I left and saw they were open every day until Christmas. I arrived at 3:07pm (time stamp on the first photo) and tried the door, it was locked. All the lights were out and when I looked in the front window there was no one to be seen. I contacted the store thru their website. Response from Tea Store; "... actually, last night we didn't leave until after 7:30pm. I think you may have visited the wrong store. Sometimes people mistake the Spice and Tea Exchange across the street for us, The Tea Store. They tend to close much earlier than we do." I replied that I was not at "Spice and Tea Exchange" as they were in fact open. Response from Tea Store; "Not sure where you were at on Wednesday 12/21 at 3:08pm, but my store was not closed. I was there, my wife was there, and customers were shopping. I just check my sales transactions by time for yesterday and we actually had a sale at 3:08pm,and many before and many after.
